Privacy policy

Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, the rough number of systems your business runs on, and your message. When you email us, we receive whatever you include.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider tells us which country a form submission comes from, based on your IP address, and we store that country with your inquiry. To confirm the form is used by a person, your IP address and basic browser signals are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile; we do not store your IP address with your inquiry. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.

Live demo questions. If you use the live demo, the questions you type are sent to Google to generate answers. We do not store them; to limit use we keep counts tied to an anonymous one-way code, deleted within two days.

Cookies and analytics. luxnur.ai does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we measure traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without following you across other sites.

• To understand your needs and, if there is a fit, prepare a proposal.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you.
• To protect the site and the form from spam and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to join one.

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under their own terms and security commitments:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security, bot protection (Turnstile), the database that stores form submissions, and aggregate analytics.
• Resend: delivers the email that notifies us of your inquiry.
• Zoho Corporation: our business email, and the scheduling and customer-relationship tools we use to manage conversations.
• Google (Gemini API): answers questions typed into the live demo on luxnur.ai. Google may use those questions to improve its services, so please do not enter personal information there.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

Luxnur works closely with Luxnur Digital, a sister firm in Mumbai, India, under common ownership. People at Luxnur Digital may access inquiry information when they help us respond to you or deliver work. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, India, and other countries where our service providers operate. We limit access to the people who need it.

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as the engagement needs it and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

We use encrypted connections, restrict access to the people who need it, and choose providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if something goes wrong.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@luxnur.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or India, you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor those rights as the law requires and will not treat you differently for using them.

luxnur.ai is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
